Tim Andreas Lorenz

Tim Andreas Lorenz studied Business Administration in Germany and graduated from the University of Saarland. After graduating, in 2009,  he obtained a Master‘s degree in Tax Consultancy and Management at the EAE Business School Barcelona. In 2015, he completed postgraduate studies as a Master in Audit and Accounts at the University of Vic (Barcelona). He has more than 20 years of professional experience in Spain, offering advice to clients in English, Spanish and German language.

He is a Director of ETL Steuerberatung Spanien S.A. specializing in international tax advice for corporates. He is the head of the Accounting department and he possesses knowledge and experience in the following areas with a clear international focus on: Preparation of Due Diligences related to business acquisition, contact person for external auditors and coordination with tax and legal advisors from various countries, Compliance and VAT issues.
