Dr. Jörg Hörauf

Dr. Jörg Hörauf studied Business Administration at the Technical University Georg Simon Ohm (Nuremberg) and the University of East London (London), and he obtained a Ph.D. by the Bircham International University (Madrid). After several years in controlling and commercial management at renowned companies of the construction, media and petrol industries, in 2003 he became a tax advisor and business consultant in Spain. He speaks English, Spanish and German and has a mandate in the committees of different international enterprises.

He is a partner of ETL Steuerberatung Spanien S.A., specialized in the advice with economic and fiscal background, international start-up consultancies, the advice on financial and payroll accounting, the advice on compliance of non-resident companies, M&A including business consulting, planning and performance of One-Stop-Shop, support of Start-Ups, etc.
